At Belleek Pottery, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our fine Parian china and home accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid shipping label.
Securely Package Your Items
Carefully wrap the pottery in its original gift box and protective packaging to ensure it remains safe and undamaged during transit back to our facility.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
